It’s time to be part of something big
Skyball beach volleyball club is a fairly new volleyball club in North of England but has a long history and many followers. We are expecting over 50 members of all ages and levels to sign up this year to be a part of our journey.
During the upcoming 2023 season we will be hosting four main Yorkshire Series tournaments (ranked as three stars) with 24 pairs competing for the beach title and one big event (ranked as four stars) with 24 pairs of national beach volleyball standard. These events are part of the UK Beach Tour and achieve a national wide exposure. We are also looking forward to two beach clinics, a mixed pairs tournament, our annual Junior Open competition.
Our Successful Past
Last year was the biggest for us so far, with around 11 events for adults and children that took place throughout the Summer between April and September attracting over 400 people that participated plus countless number of public taking their time to watch, support or interact with the players.
We are looking for sponsors that will support us in our growth and the quality of delivered sessions. We aim to increase the participation levels in the sport, especially at our training days and the junior events. 2023 will see us coming to the beach more often not only to compete but to promote the sport and share the passion for it throughout regular training opportunities tailored at all levels including beginners, local communities and children.

1. Our website is visited by over 1,000 users per month during the main season.
2. Our Facebook page is liked by 630 people and Yorkshire Series Facebook open group has 700 members.
3. Our juniors and the performance team participate in the events around the UK, we have a few athlete in the Volleyball England Pathway.
4. Our Yorkshire events attract 400 people in one season of various ages.

Sponsorship will be used for equipment (volleyballs, nets, antennas and lines), beach volleyball coaching qualifications, supporting our community volleyball & junior and performance program.
We also welcome sponsorship gifts that can be used as prizes for our tournaments.
We can create a bespoke option based on the sponsor’s request.
Our long-term vision is to build inland courts in Yorkshire.
